SUMMARY:Cary Hoffman - My Sinatra
LOCATION:Arts Garage\, 94 NE 2nd Ave\, Delray Beach\, FL\, 33444\, United S
 tates
DESCRIPTION:The “devil-may-care\,” style and incomparable charm of Fran
k Sinatra surge through the microphone once again at Cary Hoffman’s “r
iveting” show\, My Sinatra. A Sinatra idolizer with an unparalleled abil
ity to channel the voice of Ol’ Blue Eyes… Cary Hoffman turns his cele
brated PBS Special into a biographical\, often hilarious\, and poignant on
e-man musical play about his love and idolization for his hero Frank Sinat
ra and the perils of wanting to become somebody else. Hoffman captivates t
he audience with his intimate journey of what it was like growing up fathe
rless with three musician uncles\, who played on some of Sinatra’s great
est recordings\, turning Sinatra into a fantasy father. Hoffman authentica
lly sings Sinatra “Dead On!” (The New York Times)\, as he weaves in ov
er 20 classic Sinatra songs\, creating a musical score about his lifelong
obsession. BAND MEMBERS: Cary Hoffman – Lead Singer “Dead On” — Th
