WPTV: $19M effort has blocked some residents' access to the water

A $19 million Delray Beach restoration project has created cliff-like drop-offs along the shoreline, leaving residents with questions about beach access and accessibility, WPTV reports. Longtime resident Errol Gumer, who has tracked the restoration since January, told WPTV the project now blocks his own path to the water. Local operator Scooter Bobby described the lingering uncertainty around the steep conditions as frustrating.
