Halloween Doubles as a Food Drive at Deck 84
Deck 84 trades free kids’ meals for food donations to CROS Ministries. Plus Geronimo’s Halloween weekend, two 21+ parties at THRoW, the GreenMarket and the last of the extended Restaurant Month deals.
Happy Halloween, Delray. It falls on a Saturday this year, and downtown is treating it that way. Deck 84 is pairing free kids’ meals with food donations for CROS Ministries, Geronimo is running a three-day Halloween weekend, and there’s a costume contest with real money behind it, a bar crawl, and more for the under-12 set. Here’s how to spend it.
Halloween in Delray is mostly about what kids collect. At Deck 84 (840 E Atlantic Ave), it’s also about what they give. From noon to 9 PM today, kids 12 and under in costume eat free with a nonperishable food donation, and the donations go to CROS Ministries. Live music runs 2–5:30 PM.
